For 10th based admissions in Para-Medical Diploma (FMPHW/MMPHW) Courses in 2023, online applications are being accepted from Domiciles of the Union Territories of J&K and Ladakh who are eligible and wish to appear in the Common Entrance Test.

Inviting of Online Application Forms for Admission to (10th based) Para-Medical Diploma (FMPHW/MMPHW) Courses – 2023.
The J&K Board of Professional Entrance Examinations Act, 2002 and the Rules and Regulations made thereunder, the JK Reservation Act, 2004, as amended by the J&K Reorganisation Act, 2019, S.O. 69 dated 28-02-2020, S.O. 127 dated 20-04-2020, S.O. 249 dated 23-07-2021, S.O. 277 dated 13-08-2021, and subject to further amendments, if any, by the Government.
Important Information
1. Online application forms will be starting from April 6, 2023.
2. The last date to submit online form is 26-05-2023, at midnight.
3. A fee of Rs. 500 (Rupees Five Hundred Only) must be paid online by a credit card, debit card.
4. The e-Information Brochure will be downloaded from BOPEE website at www.jkbopee.gov.in.
5. The Information Brochure contains the syllabus for the Exam/Test.
6. The Common Entrance Test date will be announced individually.
7. Before completing the online application form, candidates are urged to read the e-Information Brochure in their own best interests. Any errors or omissions made by the candidate(s) when filling out the online application form shall not be the responsibility of the Board. It is the responsibility of the candidates to read the e-Information Brochure’s contents and formally accept all of its terms.
8. The Board shall administer the Common Entrance Test, if any, offline.

Procedure of Online Application Form
The following certificates, which must be scanned copies of the originals or self-attested, must be uploaded with the application form in PDF format and range in size from 100 to 200 KB:-
(i) Domicile of UT of J&K or UT of Ladakh, depending on the situation (For Candidates of UT of Ladakh, ST certificate issued by the Competent Authority of Ladakh shall be treated as Domicile Certificate.
(ii) Qualifying marks (10th Class) certificate; (where result is declared.
(iii) Date of Birth Certificate (only Matriculation Certificate issued by the Board.
(iv) Valid Reserved Category Certificate.
However, the aforementioned materials are provided for the knowledge of all parties involved.
Eligibility for Admission
A candidate must:
a. (i) Be a domicile of UT of J&K/UT of Ladakh as the case may be(For Candidates belonging to UT of Ladakh, ST certificate issued by Competent authority of Ladakh shall be treated as Domicile certificate.
ii) Have passed 10th or equivalent examination from a recognised Board with Science & Math subjects.
(iii) Have not crossed upper age of 35 years upto 31-12-2023.
(iv) Have good health.
b. Candidates who will be taking or have already taken the 10th class examination in 2023 are also eligible to apply, but they must pass the exam by the date of counselling, which may be announced by the board, or else their candidature will be disqualified immediately .
Syllabus
The e-Information Brochure includes information about the exam’s syllabus, tentative seat count, reservation policy, etc.
Documents Required to be submitted
a. Marks of the qualifying examinations (10th class marks certificate);
b. Date of birth (only on the matriculation or secondary school certificate);
c. Proof of residency (ST certificate as proof of residency for candidates from the UT of Ladakh);
d. Category certificate, if any; and
e. Any other documentation the institution may require.

Admit Card & Entrance Date of (FMPHW/MMPHW)
In due course, additional announcements will be made regarding the availability of the online admit cards, the location, and the time of the common entrance test.
Selection Procedure
(i) The online application submission is strictly provisional and is subject to cancellation at any time, including before final document verification, if it turns out that a particular document is false, falsified, or phoney.
(ii) The Board may choose the candidates for these courses based on merit based on the candidates’ marks obtained in the qualifying examination, that is, the marks attained in the 10th Class Examination, along with their preferences, if the number of applicants is less than the number of seats.
(iii) Merely submitting an application form and showing up for the common entrance test does not grant prospective applicants any preferential rights or claims for admission; rather, admission is contingent upon meeting the prerequisites and demonstrating the candidate’s merit for the desired course.
