Candidates are advised to be present in the examination hall 30 minutes before the commencement of Entrance Test (ET).
Only those candidates, who possess a valid Admit Card and with valid ID card, (College ID/ Adhaar card/ Driving License etc.) shall be permitted to take the Entrance Test.
No candidate will be allowed to enter the examination center after commencement of the ET.
The candidates will not be permitted to write the entrance examination at any other center except the Center mentioned in the hall ticket.
The University reserves the right to cancel/change any of the examination centers which will be decided on basis of the number of candidate at that center. In the event of cancellation of a center, the candidate will have to appear at the center allotted by University at their own cost.
The University shall not provide accommodation or travel allowance to the candidates appearing in any examination/entrance test/ interview.

Admission Procedure for Entrance Test Based Programmes
The selected candidates list will be released as per the schedule
The selected candidates will have to upload the following certificates on given dates through their application ID credentials on the admission portal:
*Proof of Urdu: Urdu as a subject/language or as medium in 10th /12th / Graduation level or equivalent Madrasa courses with Urdu as medium of instruction approved by MANUU.
*Marks sheet of 10th/SSC/equivalent Board Examination.
Marks Sheet of qualifying examination (whichever is applicable).
Transfer certificate (from the Institution last studied).
Migration certificate (from the Institution last studied).
*Valid Category certificates SC/ST/OBC/EWS (format prescribed by Government of India) if applicable.
*Valid Special category certificate (Kashmiri migrant /PWD / Children of Armed Personnel / Sports).
Bonafide / Character certificate (from the institution last studied).
On the day of Certificate verification candidates are required to be alert and available to respond for any clarification sought by the Department Verification team.
In case any candidate finds difficulty in uploading of certificates he/she may send an email to admissionsregular@manuu.edu.in.
After verification of documents, if the candidate found to be eligible, fee payment option will be enabled.
A candidate will be intimated through registered email id for online admission fee payment. The candidate has to login to application on admission portal to pay the online admission fee.

After successful registration, candidate logs in the admission portal and chooses the appropriate programme of his / her choice.
Candidate provides mandatory details and documents with respect to course selected by him/her.
After correct programme is selected, “Pay Fee” option is enabled in the portal with respect to each course registered by the student as shown in the screenshot below.
When student clicks on Pay Fee Option the portal lands at the payment gateway page, the
Bill Desk web site to complete the payment.
On the Bill Desk web page, the name of the university as Maulana Azad National Urdu University and applicable fee payment amount is mentioned by the system.
