TERMS & CONDITIONS FOR APPRENTICESHIP TRAINING:
| 1. | All the qualifications must be from Indian Institutions recognized by Appropriate Statutory Authority. |
| 2. | Registration of B.E.,/B.Tech/Diploma Candidates should be made on www.mhrdnats.gov.in & ITI Candidates should be registered on www.apprenticeshipindia.gov.in. |
| 3. | Regular Candidates who have completed their education qualifications during the years 2021, 2022 & 2023 are only eligible to apply. |
| 4. | Candidates with post graduate qualifications are not eligible to apply. |
| 5. | Candidates who have already undergone Apprenticeship Training or at present undergoing Apprenticeship Training under any organization are not eligible to apply. |
| 6. | Candidates with more than one-year work experience are not eligible to apply. |
| 7. | Candidates should not be less than 18 years of age as on closing date of application. |
| 8. | The tenure of Apprenticeship Training for the above trades would be 12 months, commencing from execution of the Contract of Apprenticeship. |
| 9. | No TA/DA will be paid to the applicants called for any stage of the selection process. |
| 10 | The engagement and training are strictly in compliance with the provision of the Apprenticeship Act 1961 and there is no obligation for employment of apprentices on completion of their training. |
| 11. | No transport will be provided by the establishment at the time of interview and also during training period. The apprentices will not be provided any hostel accommodation/quarter on their selection and during the training period. |
| 12. | Selection will be made on the basis of Academic Merit/Written Test/Interview as required, subject to satisfactory verification of the documents. |
| 13 | Any canvassing or personnel follow up with an intention of influencing the process of selection of apprentice by and behalf of any candidate shall lead to immediate cancellation of candidature. |
| 14. | NSTL reserves all the rights to withdraw/cancel the advertisement/selection process if circumstances so warrant without assigning any reason thereof. |
| 15. | The number of apprentices mentioned above are only indicative and may change at a later stage depending on the final assessment of eligible applications received. |
| 16. | Suppression of facts will lead to disqualification at any stage of the selection process or during training period. |
CATEGORY
For the above-mentioned apprentices, Reservation for SC/ST/OBC categories will be applicable as per provisions of Apprentice Act 1961, Apprentice Rules 1992 and Apprenticeship (Amendment) Rules 2019.
Documents to be Carried
(a) 10th Marksheet and Certificate
(b) B.E/B.Tech/Diploma/ITI Mark sheets for all semesters
(c) Degree/Provisional Degree/Diploma/ITI Certificates
(d) Caste Certificate if applicable
(e) PWD Certificate if applicable
(f) Any Photo Identity Card issued by Govt. of India like PAN Card, Voter Card, Driving
License etc.,
(g) Aadhar Card and Copy of Bank Pass Book
(h) EWS Certificate (if applicable)
(i) Medical Fitness Certificate issued by a Civil Assistant Surgeon or equivalent
(j) Two Passport size photographs
HOW TO APPLY
| 1. | Before filling the application form, candidates shall ensure that they fulfil all the eligibility criteria and other norms mentioned in the advertisement. |
| 2. | Candidates registered in the respective portals are required to submit their scanned copy of application in the prescribed proforma (Annexure-A) to email id: admin.dept.nstl@gov.in |
| 3. | Candidates are requested to fill up correct details against all the fields of application (Annexure-A) along with uploading of scanned copies of all mandatory documents. Further candidates to bring a signed copy of Application (Annexure-A) and original certificates at the time of selection/ document verification. |
| 4. | The marks obtained in the qualifying exam are to be mentioned in percentage. In case of CGPA, candidates are requested to convert the CGPA into percentage as per their university norms and the same will be verified during document verification. |
| 5. | Candidates are required to bring a signed printout of the application along with the originals of the documents submitted online at the time of joining at NSTL, Visakhapatnam. |
| 6. | Online applications received after the last date will not be accepted. Incomplete or partially filled application forms would not be accepted. |
GENERAL INSTRUCTIONS
- Verification of credentials shall be done for the selected candidates prior to Creation of the
Contract and in case of any deviation from or non-conformity with desired qualification, candidature
of the candidate shall be summarily rejected. - All applicants are required to bring self-attested copies of documents mentioned below along
with the printout of the application form (Annexure-A) during document verification.
SELECTION PRODEDURE
- No correspondence shall be entertained from the candidates not selected for training.
- Selected list of candidates for certificate verification will be informed via mail id mentioned
in the bio-data for correspondence.
- Selected candidates shall have to sign a contract on the date of joining as per Govt. of India rules.
- Candidates finally selected will have to produce valid Police Verification Certificate either from their place of last residence (for at least past one year) or permanent address at the time of joining.
- In case of any dispute, the legal jurisdiction shall be that of the Honorable High Court, Amaravati, Andhra Pradesh.
