Educational Qualification
The educational qualifications for various posts are as follows:
- General Manager (Technical): Four years full-time degree in Engineering in Mechanical, Electrical, Electronics, Marine Engineering, Civil, Production, or Naval Architecture.
- Additional General Manager (Human Resource): Full-time graduate with a 2-year full-time MBA/PG Degree/PG Diploma in Human Resource Management, Human Resource Development, Personnel Management, Industrial Relations, Social Work, or Labour Welfare.
- Deputy General Manager (Technical): Full-time degree in Engineering in any discipline, with experience in Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) using SAP, IT infrastructure management, and exposure to emerging technologies.
- Manager (Finance): Chartered Accountant (CA) or Cost & Management Accountant (CMA).
- Assistant Manager: Four years full-time degree in relevant Engineering disciplines or Chartered Accountant (CA)/Cost & Management Accountant (CMA) for Finance roles.
Age Limit
The age limits for the posts are as follows:
- General Manager (Technical): Maximum 52 years.
- Additional General Manager (Human Resource): Maximum 50 years.
- Deputy General Manager (Technical): Maximum 48 years.
- Manager (Finance): Maximum 42 years.
- Assistant Manager: Maximum 28 years.
Age relaxations are applicable as per government norms for candidates belonging to reserved categories.
