Job Description
The FLC Counsellor will be responsible for providing financial literacy and credit counselling to individuals at the FLCC Centres. This includes conducting financial literacy camps, raising awareness about financial products and services, and helping individuals make informed financial decisions.
Eligibility
- Graduates with experience in banking/related fields
- Sound knowledge of banking, law, finance, agriculture and allied activities
- Requisite communication and team building skills
- Knowledge of the local language
- Working knowledge of computers
- NO Extension of Date for J&K Police Form

Salary
- Rs. 22,000 per month
- Monthly conveyance, mobile phone charges and performance linked incentives will be paid
Age Limit
Maximum 65 years as on 01.01.2024

Selection Process
- Applications will be screened and shortlisted based on eligibility and experience
- Shortlisted candidates will be called for a personal interview to assess their communication skills, teaching skills, and knowledge of financial literacy
