Age Limit for DRDO Recruitment 2023:
As mentioned in the official notification of DRDO recruitment 2023, the upper age limit is 28 years.
Age relaxation will be given as below-
- Upto 10 years for PwD category candidates.
- The upper age limit is relaxable up to 5 years for serving Central Civilian Govt. employees working in posts which are in the same line or allied cadres only if a relationship could be established that the service already rendered in a particular post will be useful for the efficient discharge of the duties of the advertised posts.
- The upper age limit is relaxable for Ex‐servicemen including Ex vSSCOs/ECOs as per rules in vogue.

GENERAL INSTRUCTIONS:
The GATE score will be used to select candidates. Shortlisted candidates will receive all the information via the RAC website.
The ultimate selection of PwD(HH), PwD(LD), and PwD(AAV/Dw) applicants for the positions reserved for them in the relevant disciplines will be made solely on the basis of combined merit, which will give the GATE score an overall weighting of 80% and the personal interview’s marks an overall weighting of 20%.
