GMC Srinagar Recruitment 2024: New Posts for Nurse, Medical Officer & Counsellor
The Institute of Mental Health & Neurosciences (IMHANS) Kashmir has declared that on January 31, 2024, written examinations will be conducted for a number of open positions under various schemes.
The Government Medical College Srinagar, Government Dental College Srinagar, Government Nursing College GMC Srinagar, and AMT School GMC Srinagar would host the tests, according to a notification from the Head of Psychiatry Department at IMHANS.
Exams are being held for the following positions: Nurse, Medical Officer, and Counselor under the Drug Treatment Center Scheme (DTC) and Treatment Facility (ATF) at IMHANS Kashmir.
Exams for the roles of medical officer and counselor will take place from 2:30 PM to 3:30 PM, and exams for the nursing post will be held from 11:30 AM to 12:30 PM.
The notification instructed candidates to download their admission cards starting on January 28 from the Government Medical College Srinagar official website (www.gmcs.edu.in).
It stated that candidates must be at the testing location one hour prior to the exam’s start time and provide identification documents, such as a driver’s license or Aadhar card. It is not allowed to bring laptops, cell phones, or any other electronic device inside the exam room.
For greater exposure, the Head of Psychiatry asked the Joint Director of Information to run the notice in the neighborhood newspapers for two straight days.At IMHANS Kashmir, more than 1200 candidates are anticipated to take the tests in order to be considered for open positions under central government-sponsored programs.
