As per the schedule, the Indian Merchant Navy application window will remain open till 30 April 2024. To be eligible, candidates must have valid Class 10 and 12 pass certificates from a recognised board or institution. Apart from this the minimum age to apply is 17.5 years, while the maximum age limit is 27 years as of 30 April 2024. Additionally, SC and ST candidates are eligible for age relaxation as per government rules.
