Notification for Annual Regular Practical Examination for JKBOSE Class 11th 2024

The arrangements for the Higher Secondary Part-Ist (Class 11) Annual (Regular) Examination 2024 have been communicated to all relevant parties by the education authorities.

The individual schools themselves will administer the internal and external practical exams. The Jammu Division’s Hard Zone and Soft Zone Areas are covered under this regulation. There is, however, a small exception for schools located in the Kashmir Division’s Soft Zone, where the Practical Examinations will be held following the end of the Theory Examinations. However, before the Theory Examinations start, schools in the Hard Zone Areas of KD and UT of Ladakh will hold Practical Examinations.

Within ten days following the conclusion of the Practical Examination, the Head of the Institutions is directed to send the practical awards, which include the evaluations for External, Internal, and Project Work, to the Joint Secretary, Secrecy JD/KD, and the pertinent Sub/Branch offices of the Board.

It is stressed that the new and revised course of study and syllabus, as announced in the previous notification No. F(Acad-C)Rev-New/Tbs./23 dated 27-05-2023, would be followed in the Practical Examination.

With this decision, the examination procedure will be streamlined and the timely and effective administration of Class 11 Practical Examinations will be ensured. It is recommended that schools adhere to the standards and expeditiously submit the required documentation in order to promote a seamless examination procedure.
